I have chosen to post this build to spite the 2-shot explosive weapon craze permeating our wasteland. A lot people want to do the most amount of damage possible, unfortunately it’s mostly reliant on legendary drop rate(or not if you can buy them) and seemingly skewed in favor of guns. This build was created for semi-automatic rifles and made with Power Armor in mind.
If you would prefer to not use Power Armor, you can take 4 points from Intelligence and redistribute them elsewhere. I would recommend another point into one of the unfilled Rifleman Perks for more damage, and/or points into Thru-Hiker to help with weight while contributing to AP and VATS, and/or 1 point into Luck to fill the Class Freak Perk. If you plan on running a build with semi-automatic rifles, this is a great build. This build was created with Power Armor in mind. You can mod your power armor to become invisible and increase your sneaking capabilities.
