This build is base of basic soldier, with basic utility perks that reduce weight and armor, and perks more focus on either being able to take damage or deal it. All strength perks except barbarian are dedicated to weight reduction or increasing it like strong back. In perception you got two that feared toward survival and two dedicated toward thrown explosive and the rest make you better at fishing out damage. On too endurance this one is more or less about your resistance to the rads and diseases from the world with ironclad for defence. Charisma is mostly team base gaining defence from bodyguard or speed from squad maneuvers with two for reducing the enemies damage output and increasing damage input with suppressor and tenderizer. Intelligence is about making use of the crafting and repair perks with some basic first aid and pharmacist and one for making grenades and increasing the damage of said grenade. Agility the part where you get about moving with action boy/girl and marathoner and moving target all combine into a true defence, getting from cover to cover and surviving and with born survivor you will survive, ammosmith is kinda needed as well as evasive, sneak, white knight, and thru-hiker.lastly lady luck mostly starched genes and mysterious savior with pharma farma for those important stimpaks, luck of the draw and lucky break for chance repairs are more helpful then you may think. Now with a full team of four with barbarian, ironclad, bodyguard, evasive, and scaly skin you are looking at a fair bit of defence at 130 DR and 145 while sprinting with full lvl 50 polymer light combat armor 156 that’s 286 while standing still add stabilized to the arms and ultra-light build to the chest and a mix of custom fitted and cushioned to the legs you are very scary soldier.
