What can I do with this? I don’t want a new character.

I’m only level 23, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Personally, I find automatic pistols to not be good at all. If you’re going to use pistols, I recommend gunslinger for semi-auto pistols. Without going too in-depth, here is what I would do: Drop Nerd Rage (Only active if you’re about to die, not worth it in my opinion), Solar Powered (the time-based ones are meh, with these benefits being extremely meh), Crack Shot (why get non-VATS perks for pistols if you plan on using pistols in VATS), and rejuvenated. I would pick either two-handed or pistols and run with that as your primary weapon to save perk points. If you’re going to use melee at all, you absolutely need to max incisor. I recommend dropping master slugger and maxing expert and regular slugger, then maxing the three gunslinger perks (given that you put so much into VATS/Luck already). I’d pick different endurance perks, like Cannibal or Lead Belly. While I would never recommend someone to do a hybrid build for late-game or boss-killing play, a hybrid build is absolutely viable for general playing. Also, it’s extremely important to note that after level 50, each time you level up you can either pick a perk, or reallocate one of your points in SPECIAL.
