The role the gunslinger plays is to toss the explosives, run in, activate V.A.T.S and clean up the area with revolvers or high powered non-automatic pistols.
This build is for the skirmisher playstyle, very mobile, lots of action, it can be altered for a more ninja build if you needed it to be.
S(6)- Basher and Ordnance Express are helpful and keep you from becoming over-encumbered. Basher just in case you feel like finishing them off with a good pistol whip or pressuring your target before finishing them off with one to the head.
P(10)- Concentrated Fire (Awareness) Crack shot, and Grenadier are useful perks in the Perception stat. VATS will be used a lot with this build and if you do not know your targets weakness Awareness is good to have. Crack shot and Grenadier speak for themselves, make sure your grenades affect more targets and cover more ground and Crackshot is more range and accuracy with those awesome pistols you will be using.
A(3)- Adamantium Skeleton so you don’t end up crippled or disoriented in the mix of it.
C(5)- Inspirational and Squad Maneuver, While these two are great when on a team if your running solo Travel agent and lone wanderer are pretty handy. (dmg resist and more AP)
I(6)- First Aid and Demolition Expert, Better stims is a must and if you dilute them you get a pretty good deal still without wasting hp or waiting till your 20-30%, Demolition Expert for more boom. you can go 5 on Demo Expert if you really want to blow things up though. Otherwise, it’s always good to have at least 5 points here for those times you need to repair and craft!
A(15)- Action Boy, (all 3 gunslinger perks), and Adrenaline, This is purely just for the damage and action points for the build. Adrenaline for the potential 48% but if you prefer Gun Fu may also help you. preferences though, meh.
L(12)- Luck of the Draw, four leaf clover, grim reaper’s sprint, mysterious stranger. you don’t want your weapon breaking so that ones handy, the rest are pretty vital to keeping AP, up and for fun of course. four leaf clover is meh, But if you wish to go 9 on luck you can go 9 on Intelligence and max out Demolition Expert for the 100% bonus there.
