There's just something that feels right about firing off a hunting rifle. Of course I'm not against popping off a combat sniper rifle either. My point is that sometimes you just want to see a persons brain matter fly out of there head from a distance. Unfortunately Fallout 76 isn't a forgiving game with enemies keeping there distance so sometimes you need to be able to take em out at close range to. And sure, you can use melee, or a pistol, or a shotgun. But that all just adds more weight into your inventory. You want to get in and get out without anything weighing you down. This build is designed to function as both a long range and medium to short range build all while allowing you to never have to carry around a secondary weapon or switch from your trusty sniper. The idea is to create a mobile character that can balance a combat role as well as a mule role. Decent combat but also the ability to carry some material. In my humblest opinion I feel that the act of being able to clear each location on the map one trip at a time helps with inventory management anyways. That being said, this play style isn't for everyone. Keep that in mind.
