I KNOW, THIS IS A FLAMER BUILD, BUT THE FLAMER IS MOSTLY TO HEAL YOUR PALS BY BURNING THEM AND CAUSE CHAOS ALL AROUND YOU WITH MOLOTOVS. AND FUSION CORES. YEAH, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. 3WT TO 0.3WT. ENDLESS POWER ARMOR AND FUEL, FUCK YEAH.

HEAVY GUNNER, TAKE IT AND EMBRACE IT. YOU’LL BURN THINGS QUICKER.

ONE GUN ARMY SINCE THE FLAMER IS WAY FASTER THAN THE EXPLOSIVE HEAVY-WEAPONS, YOU’LL STAGGER AND CRIPPLE LIMBS LIKE A MADMAN (OR MADWOMAN, I DON’T SEE SEXES.) THIS CARD IS HORRIBLY CRAZY. STARCHED GENES AS SOON AS YOU HAVE ONE OF THE MUTATIONS LISTED BELOW. THIS WILL LOCK THEM UP AND MAKE YOU A BAMF.

REVENANT IS A NICE PERK TO SHARE. WITH IT, YOUR PALS WILL THANK YOU FOREVER, SPECIALLY WHEN THEY DIE. AND I HAVE TO SAY, IT STRANGELY FORCES YOUR PALS TO RESURRECT EACH-OTHERS DURING BATTLE, MAKING YOU FOCUS ON OTHER THINGS, LIKE BURNING SHIT.

GLOW SIGHT IS FOR THOSE TIMES WHERE YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO DEAL SOME DAMAGE. IT’S MORE OF A FILLER FOR BUTCHER’S BOUNTY WHEN ON THE FIELD, AND IT’S REALLY POWERFUL OVERALL ANYWAY SO WHY NOT.

CHEMIST AND AMMOSMITH ARE PRETTY SELF-EXPLANATORY. DOUBLE THE CHEMS AND 80% MORE AMMO. GIMME FUEL. GIMME FIRE. GIMME THAT WHICH I DESIRE.

STABILIZED WILL BYPASS THE ARMOR OF YOUR ENEMIES AND MAKE YOUR FIRE EASIER TO AIM. IF THAT’S EVEN POSSIBLE. ANYWAY, SINCE WE’RE IN POWER ARMOR, WE MUST TAKE IT.

PACK RAT REDUCE JUNK ITEMS, NOT SCRAP. THERE’S CRAFTING STATION EVERYWHERE, YOU CAN SCRAP YOUR JUNK MODERATELY EASILY. BLOCKER, I CONSIDERED IT BUT IT’S ONCE AGAIN SITUATIONAL. YOU’RE MOSTLY IN MELEE, SURE, BUT YOU ALREADY HAVE SO MUCH TO HEAL YOURSELF THAT 45% LESS DAMAGE FROM MELEE IS NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL WHEN YOU’RE BEHIND TEAMMATES, BURNING THEM. FULL CHARGE. YOU DON’T HAVE A LOT OF AP TO START, AND SPRINTING WILL BECOME SITUATIONAL TOO.  LOCK AND LOAD. RELOADING IS CRUCIAL, BUT IF YOU DRAIN YOUR FLAMER WELL… 30% AIN’T GONNA SAVE YA. BULLET SHIELD. AH! 60 DAMAGE RESISTANCE WHILE FIRING. WHAT A JOKE. DAMAGE RESISTANCE IS A NUMBER, BUT THE GAME CHART IT AS PERCENTAGE. THE MORE RESISTANCE YOU HAVE, THE LESS USEFUL IT BECOMES. YOU HAVE ENOUGH WITH A POWER ARMOR.

PERCEPTION IS MAINLY FOR VATS, AND WE DON’T NEED IT.

ENDURANCE AQUABOY IS SITUATIONNAL, AND ADAMANTIUM SKELETON IS USELESS WHEN YOU’RE A WALKING STIMPAK DISPENSER.  CHEM FIEND IS OKAY FOR THIS BUILD AND FINALLY FIREPROOF FOR A FIRE BUILD… NO. NOT MUCH IS DEALING FIRE AND EXPLOSIVE DAMAGE IN A PVE ENVIRONMENT. FOR PVP THOUGH, YOU MUST HAVE IT. OR ASK A FRIEND TO SHARE IT.

IN CHARISMAINSPIRATIONAL IS PRETTY MUCH YOUR GO-TO CARD AND I WOULD HEAVILY SUGGEST IT IF IT’S NOT YOUR FIRST CHARACTER, BECAUSE XP. BODYGUARDS FOR THE SAME REASON OF BULLET SHIELDE.M.T.(AND SPIRITUAL HEALER) MIGHT BE SEDUCTIVE AT FIRST, UNTIL YOU REALIZE YOUR TEAM WILL PROBABLY NEVER DIE SINCE YOU CAN PUMP THEM UP WITH TEAM MEDICFIRST AIDFIELD SURGEON AND FRIENDLY FIRE. AND IF ONE OF THEM DIE, IT’S PROBABLY FOR INJECTOR, SO IT’S IN THEIR INTEREST TO DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO STAY ALIVE, INCLUDING GETTING IN YOUR FUCKING LINE OF SIGHT AND GETTING ROASTED LIKE A MARSHMALLOW. QUACK SURGEON IS USEFUL WHEN YOU ACTUALLY USE ALCOHOL IN YOUR BUILD, OR AT LOW LEVEL. ENDGAME, YOU’LL HAVE ENOUGH STIMPAKS FOR IT. HEALING HANDS IS… WEIRD. MOST OF THE MELEE BUILDS HAVE RADICOOL, AND SOME PEOPLE HAVE GHOULISH. DON’T SUPPRESS THE RAD OF SOMEONE, IT’S THEIR CHOICE AND NOT YOURS. AND IF THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH RADS, WELL… RAD SPONGE. SAME THING FOR ANTI-EPIDEMIC, THERE’S A MUTATION THAT NEEDS IT, SO IT’S NOT YOUR CHOICE TO CURE IT. SQUAD MANEUVERS IS COOL THOUGH, SO IF YOU WANT TO SWITCH SOMETHING WITH THAT I WON’T BE MAD ABOUT IT. IF SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR TEAM HAVE 6 CHARISMA, MAYBE THAT PERSON CAN SHARE IT.

DEMOLITION EXPERT. THIS IS A NICE, SWEET PERK, BUT YOUR MOLOTOVS AREN’T AFFECTED MUCH BY IT, AND THIS IS NOT A GRENADE BUILD OR EXPLOSIVE GUN. YEAH, MOLOTOVS ARE TOTALLY USELESS IN THIS BUILD WHEN YOU COMPARE WITH PLASMA GRENADES. THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE PERFECT. THIS IS A THEME BUILD, MOSTLY FOCUSED AROUND HEALING AND STAYING ALIVE. AND THROWING A MOLOTOV AT YOUR FEET MAKES AN AREA OF CONTROL FOR YOU, PLUS YOU LOOK LIKE A BADASS MOTHERFUCKER.

THERE’S NOT A LOT TO SAY ABOUT AGILITY. THIS IS SNEAK. WE’RE NOT REALLY SNEAKY IN A CLUNKY POWER-ARMOR SURROUNDED BY BRIGHT FLAMES.

LUCK IS MOSTLY FOR MUTATIONS. THE CRITICAL STUFF, WE AIN’T GONNA NEED IT.
