This build was crafted from me constantly trying to make something either tanky or stealth and ranged. Simply put i wanted something new, something to try to satisfy my ninja dreams from middle school. This build should do just that in the way that you can hopefully kill most things quickly or live long enough to hide.
Strength- Gladiator can easily be swapped for other melee perks depending on your weapon preference and what happens to drop for you.
Endurance- Aquaboy/Aquagirl is just a perk I like. Once you get the stealth suit it isn’t really needed and you can discard it at that point. Ironclad helps get the armor that is sometimes lacking with stealth builds and should keep you from dying quite as fast.
Charisma- Lone Wanderer has become a no brainer when soloing. That said you can easily swap it for perks to help your friends if you happen to be a social human. Overly Generous is there mostly for bloodied builds or anyone who likes rads to get an extra chunk of damage in.
Intelligence- Makeshift Warrior because melee
Agility- Basically all the stealthy perks to keep you unseen so that enemies don’t feast on your squishy character.
Luck- Just the essentials for mutations. While Class Freak can be taken out for really any perk variation I prefer it for having numerous mutations at once.
Scaly skin and grounded can help make up for that armor you don’t have while twisted muscles will increase damage output. Marsupial is a go to no matter the build. Speed demon will help you close in on your prey and healing factor may help save on stimpacks and such between conflicts.
Weapons and gear
Since I am still new and experimenting, all I can say is that the stealth suit will be key. The mistress of mysteries armor will be good until you can get the stealth suit. This build is meant to work with most any melee weapon and you can see for yourself what kind of legendary perks are best for you.
If you open it with the build planner I have a build plan set. In the blank spot at level 8 I would pick up a weight reduction skill if you don’t have one from card packs already.
