I am not level 50 on this character yet, so this build will evolve as I level up this character.

I know mutations are meta, but I just don’t really personally like them. I wanted to go for something that was a little more natural for my second character.

EDIT (4/17/20): Removed Strong Back and replaced it with Traveling Pharmacy. Based on my specific habits, this will overall result in more weight availability. Removed Barbarian given the idea that this is a stealth build anyway, and we already have Blocker, Ironclad, and Lone Wanderer for Solo Tankiness. Put the extra points into Luck. We removed one rank of Better Criticals as to allow the full perk of Tormentor.

It’s also notable that the new Bow perks are not on this website yet. In the end, I will likely run 2 Archer, 2 Expert Archer, 2 Master Archer, and 2 Bow Before Me, while running 1 of each of the equivalent Rifleman perks. I really do enjoy using the bows, however, a suppressed rifle with a recon scope is sometimes unmatched. I generally use the Bow for roaming and stealth in buildings, while I use a Recon-Scoped Hunting Rifle for compound-clearing or bossing. It is also an option to have level 3 of all the related perks and simply switch them out depending on the scenario.

If I end up running mutations, I will drop Better Criticals and Critical Savvy for Starched Genes and Class Freak. I will likely run Marsupial, Scaly Skin, Speed Demon, Bird Bones, and Eagle Eyes. Marsupial would be the main one, given that it is helpful to find a way to rooftops.

EDIT (5/1/20): I realized that I fast travel a LOT. I took two points away from Concentrated Fire because the perk is bugged anyway. I only need to be able to target specific parts. One of those I put into Travel Agent, while the other I put into Bandolier. I use a .50 Receiver on the Hunting Rifle so ammo is extremely easy to make, but I end up having a ton on me. This should help alleviate any extra weight from .50, Arrows, and all the spare ammo I have for when I find random guns to use (sometimes I need a shotgun or something depending on the situation).
