Casual Bloodied Heavy Gunner

stabilized card only works in power armor…..serendipity only works outside power armor. possibly replace serendipity with ricochet for defense or bloody mess for damage. appears to be a bloody power armor build, will work well with emergency protocols mod for torso.

I would drop serendipity and take bloody mess rock some shielded secret service under armor and get some extra hp to pass that max hp / damage zone seeing as this seems like a bloody build. Emergency protocols will save your butt not sure what enemy’s you fight that are hitting you up with explosions but find room for life giver pad that HP so you got as much wiggle room as possible. Some foods offer hp regen taking a little less overall damage for a little more hp can make up for lack of toughness

I sept on it I would just switch to junkies then do whatever you want would not matter then
