The build was more thematic then optimization so keep that in mind. Wanted a James Bond-esq secret agent build. Not terribly optimized for the best damage possible. If I wanted that I wouldn’t use a pistol. Ideally I would use every gunslinger perk for max dps but since I would do 2.5x normal damage every sneak attack I sacrificed using all the gunslingers perks to free me up to use other perks. Let me know what you think.

I would drop level 2 and level 3 of Gunslinger, and add level 1 of Expert Gunslinger and Master Gunslinger. It would cost you the same number of perk points in the end, but give more damage. Level 2/3 of the damage perks only add an extra 5% (10%/15%/20%), so by dropping and adding the aforementioned perks, you will simply gain an extra 10% pistol damage.
