V.A.T.S Attack

This build relays heavily on V.A.T.S. And it is fun to use. If you want to clear rooms or shoot a target at a distance this is the build to use. What is also great about this build is the fact you can change out some perks depending on the situation and still produce the same results. For perception, whether your dealing with glowing enemy’s or insects, you can swap tank killer for glow sight or exterminator. For Charisma you can swap Lone wanderer for tenderizer or while shopping switch it to hard bargain. And for Luck this one I am still playing around with. Can swap mysterious stranger with grim reapers sprint.

Also weapon choice is up to you. You can also use automatic weapon perks instead rifle perk cards.
