This build focuses on high survivability, significant damage mitigation, and a Vampiric automatic rifle to outlast and outgun would be attackers; NPC and player alike.

I recommend a full set of Assassin’s armor.

This build is intended for use in the upcoming survival mode. I intend to update it and flesh out this section in the future.

Good build, but you answer my question, I’m going to use this build with armor for -75% damage when you don’t move and -40% damage from players, what perks on a carbine are more preferable? I do not have the opportunity to test how it will work, but I would sacrifice vampirism and take either + 50% penetration enemy armor + double shot, or double shot + explosive, but I don’t know how the explosive weapon works after the nerf, maybe you know more rational sets of perks for weapons mk, I recently returned to the game.

I would like to read your advice =)

I expect the best primary legendary effects (because you’re right, there’s no real reason to use a vampire weapon with it) will be:
Anti-Armor (ignore 50% armor),
Suppress0r (reduce their damage output by 20% before other reductions),
Executioner’s (50% increased damage when their health is below 40%)

The best secondary effect for this build in my opinion is rapid (25% increased fire rate)
Explosive could be good if you move some points into Intelligence for Demolition Expert 5 the best way to do this imo is dropping Long Shot and Rejuvenated. If you’re Legendary gear has enough Agility to keep it at 15 with mutations, you could get away with dropping Nerd Rage, Born Survivor, Marathoner, and Rejuvenated. instead to keep the Long Shot buff.

For tertiary weapon effects, ideally you’d want +1 Agility but steadfast would be great if you intend to use Sentinel.
