The VATS Unkown: V.A.T.S critical hits heal you and your group. +15% V.A.T.S critical meter fill speed. V.A.T.S critical shots do +50% damage.
This is it. This is my live build. I’m a solo player 80% of the time. I needed to survive and slaughter. I’m currently level 57 and climbing quickly.
Initially, I started with a gun build (to level 48, mid you), but could never really keep the hordes off of me, so I started all over, from scratch. This build is a pure melee build! Make sure your melee weapon is a two handed but if u want to use a 1 handed swap out the slugger perks for the gladiator ones! You will need hatchets or throwing knives to brings this build to full potential.
T-60 Power Armor.
Helmet – Targeting HUD: Visor highlights living targets.
Torso – Jetpack: Enables jet-assisted boost while jumping.
Arms – Optimized bracers: Reduces Action Point cost for Power Attacks.
Legs – Explosive vent: Increases damage radius for impact landing.
Headlamp – Bright: A brighter standard lamp.
The Action Hero: Shoots another projectile. +25% fire rate. +15% faster reload.
This is a personal build I plan on using. I’m mainly putting this up here cause I want feedback on the build itself. It’s mainly for my play-style that I enjoy, which is sniping and hiding, but close range shotgun when swarmed. Also has Hacker and Picklock for access to loot. Dropping a point in each weapon perk saved me 6 over Rifle and Shotgun, which I make up with 15% damage on Bloody Mess. I enjoy having the arc with Fire in the Hole.
Also, I don’t plan on using VATS …
