Hello hello, I am in love with mutations. This build will not include mutations to use, as they are so versitile and truly fun to experiment with. As well as the use of melee weapons specifically however.
You dont have to use slugger, you can use the other weapon type melee cards. I just love two handers.
Perks and point totals were selected to allow some room to change for later practices in the game like gathering, exploring, or crafting.

I made this build as a way to share rad sponge or inspirational perk with my friends. I also wanted a build that gave me convenience perks that were always on since there is currently no way to save perk card loadouts (not including mods). This is a build that is easy and fun to play. You won’t do as much damage as those power armor and heavy weapon builds. This build allows you to help your friends as well as still being able to pump out some decent damage.…
Started this build during the beta and it works very well. As long as I had stimpaks on me I never went down (even in a 2v1 pvp situation). I did not hot lvl 50, so I am not 100% on how it will work end game but for lvling I had fun with it. Now please remember that Perks may be swapped as needed, so the real thing to look at it the available combinations with this S.P.E.C.I.A.L. setup. 14 Int allows for maximum crafting and the 9 Cha can be bumped to 15 when in a full group for sharing purpose…
I want to play a Melee / Chem Build. Since I still am in the step of theorycrafting (playing melee w/o chems right now), I want to know what you think (those with more experience in theorycrafting / practical experience) of the build I came up thus far

This build is all about team work and damage. Lot and lots of damage. Your main weapon should either be a legendary with explosive shots or a grenade launcher (missiles work but i only recommend the bunker buster). Show up. Do an assload of damage. Help anyone whose down, then go home.

Basic idea: Playing together with friends, no focus on PVP or extreme damage, lots of looting.
I play with power armor and firearms (silenced and heavy)
Strength: the few skills here are used to reduce weight.
Perception: here the damage of the semi-automatic rifles is raised, as well as the scatter of the shotguns reduced.
