Just Crank It – Optimal PvE/PvP – Gatling Gun – Patch 1.0.5.10

This is an optimized build I’ve tinkered with that still provides viability for explosive lovers out there.  This build is 100% reliant upon using an Explosive Gatling Gun w/Martial Artist.  I have modeled this build based on other popular builds, and tweaked this build according to what I have found to personally provide the best mix of very high dps, and all around viability (including PvP).

PvE Pistol w/ Melee Backup 1.0

I’ve gotten pretty bored with the end game grind and having everything on my main so this is my idea for an alt that actually uses some of the legendary pistols I’ve been saving. I included some melee backup so I had an excuse for points in strength plus if pistols work like everything else I need a backup for when I run out of ammo.

The Vault-Tec Traveling Salesman (Group Only/Seller/Packmule/Non-Combative)

As yourself these questions…
1. Do you not like engaging others in combat?
2. Do you just want to wander around aimlessly finding stuff?
3. Do you want to get the most caps from the Virginia Wasteland?
If you answered “YES” to more then 2 of the following then this build is the build for you. So you can be on your way to being the best Vault-Tec Salesman of 2102.

Explosive Commando

A very specialized build for the endgame. Basically you just need to run and away and shoot.

S: Added Strong back, as a filler.
P: Prettty standard Commando PER perks, VATS will be used to deal more damage to the Queen mostly.
E: Just to avoid suicides with explosive guns, combined with Dodgy.
C: Lone Wonderer if alone, pretty standard in party.
I: Explosive Automatic Rifle needed, and lots of fusion cores.
A: Lots of AP, some fillers as Thru Hiker.
L: Mutations! And the no brainer Bloody Mess…

Bloodied Bitch – End-game non-PA bloodied TANK Rifle build (strong language!)

UPDATE: It’s unplayable, unfortunately. Couple of observations:

BOS Heavy Combat goes WAY higher than I had originally planned out. Nearly 900 DR and ER with my set, which includes a light arm, and the chest has not been 200% repaired yet. See here:

Radiation is more of a bitch than I thought. You will drop so fast due to radiation that you basically are dead before you can hit bloodied status.…

Ranged jack of all trades (but the melee specific)

I’m sick of seeing melee all around, I know it’s OP, but it’s boring to play it.
So I wanted to make a build that has boosts and

Ranged weapons (specific to (non-automatic) rifles)
Sneak elements
Vats+Critical usage
Enough carry weight

More importantly to mention:

Playing in team (that has similar build)
Having ALL the mutations but the 2 for melee attack
Playing mostly out of Power Armor

[55 INTELLIGENCE!] “The Quartermaster” – Blacksmith Extraordinaire, Walking Super-Duper-Mart

Alright, so the basic idea is: High Intelligence bolstered by mutations & buffs, for the absolute highest crafting quality possible. High Luck, for better looting. High Strength & weight reduction perks, for superhuman carrying capacity.

Goldeneye STR Melee+AGI Pistol+DemoExpert

**Stealth, Non-PA; Non-VATS, STR AGI w/ explosives.
Combines Melee, Pistols, and Explosives with high stealth to create a 007/covert ops feel. Also, if you run cannibal + lead belly, you can be a vampire impervious to normal damage, able to regen by eating corpses etc. Whatever you want to roll!

a.) I wanted to have a non-PA character.

My Mutated Unarmed/Two-Handed Melee Build for Team Play

This is an update for Team Play. I’m about 50/50 with playing on a team and playing solo so I’ve been building them together with some luck from the Perk Packs.
The leveling was kind of random and can probably use some work, I’m open to feedback and suggestions.
The mutations would be done in two steps. First after getting L2 of Starched Genes I’d take the mutations without severe (to this build) negative effects: Chameleon, Electrically Charged, Grounded, Healing Factor…
