BoS Heavy Paladin |Heavy Guns (energy+explosive)| Power Armor | Grenades | Sprint

This is my endgame build for my BoS Heavy Paladin that will primarily be using Laser Gatling guns, Grenade Launchers, Fatmans, and Missile launchers since the perks will make them and the ammo lite weigh. Still, it can also be used well with Miniguns,  50cal machine guns, and the Junkjet. (ammo weight might cause issues) Must also have a pistol of your choice for the speed boost and tons of grenades like Frag MIRVs, Nuka grenades, plasma and any mines you wish.
SPECIAL numbers leave many useful…

List of all Weekly Challenges in Fallout 76

I’m collecting all the weekly quests available in Fallout 76 here. I also want to add tips how to complete the more challenging ones. So if you have any recommendations just write a comment! 🙂
You get 5 weekly challenges per week and you have 7 days to complete them. The quest reset seems to be on Tuesdays at 4 pm CET/10 am ET/7 am PST (please correct me if I’m wrong here for one of the time zones).
The challenges are account-wide, so you can just complete them once, regardless whic…

Lone Wanderer (with level-by-level build plan)

To My Fellow Dwellers,
After playing nearly every hour of the PC BETA, and much time in reflection, I have put together a build that I feel will serve me well as a predominantly solo player. I looked over a lot of the other character builds on various websites and they all seemed to lack sufficient versatility for my play style or neglected access to key parts of the game by trading off Intelligence for heavier-hitting options. Additionally, while it is great to throw out a bunch of random Stat…

Fallout 76: Best & Worst Perk Cards by French Tomahawk

Fallout 76 Best & Worst Perks

This time we’ll be taking a look at what I think are the best and worst perk cards as of the current version of Fallout 76.
This tier list is super subjective to what I have personally seen and experienced in Fallout 76. There simply hasn’t been enough time to experiment with every perk thoroughly to understand where they will actually sit. In addition to that you can expect there to be changes to things once players learn what’s ove…

Mobile smg medic

This is a highly mobile medic build that utilizes high agility and charisma to fly around the battlefield and keep teammates up while offering some support.

Strength:3
Blocker is big for pvp as it greatly reduces melee damage. You may want to replace it with a carrying perk while out exploring.
Perception: 3
Crack shot helps with the run and gun style that this build utilizes. Refractor just offers some extra energy resistance. Grenadier is also a great perk if you like to utilize explosives m…

Leveling system feedback

First of all, thanks to all the contributers of this simple and usefull site.
The leveling system was a great addition to create my build, however it seems to overlook one detail. While it urges you to pick all of your perks, it doesnt take into account which level you want to max a certain skill. For example:
I wanted to level inspirational to 3 in the charisma perk. The leveling system urges me to pick inspirational perk 3 times. The flaw in this is that my charisma starts at lvl 1 and ends u…

Leveling Roadmap

It would be nice to have a leveling roadmap based on the level of our perk cards that outlines what special and perk we need to take at each level.

Optimizing Builds – Considerations on Perk Ranks

I’ve seen a lot of people maxing out select cards and apparently not considering how to really optimize. The fact that a Perk card has 3 ranks doesn’t automatically necessitate that all 3 ranks will be worthwhile, or lead to it being the best option. This is primarily true for the weapons cards that have Basic, Expert, and Master versions.
For example, the Rifleman Perks under Perception come in 3 flavors: Rifleman, Expert Rifleman, and Master Rifleman. Each of these cards has 3 ran…
