The Mire Treasure Map 01
This treasure can be found in the hills west of the Thunder Mountain Power Plant. Head west from the power plant to a cabin in the hills from which you can see the reactor towers as drawn on the treasure map. In front of the cabin (near the toilet) you will find the mound with the treasure.
The Mire Treasure Map 02
The treasure map gives a very good and clear hint: you have to go to a railroad – and there are not many in the area. Good starting points for the search are the Sunday Brothers’ Cabin, Camp Venture or Big B’s Rest Stop. Marked on the map you can see where you have to go to retrieve the treasure – it is located to the right of the tunnel entrance and the overturned train on the stone wall.
The Mire Treasure Map 03
This treasure can be found very close to the point where Route 65 crosses the river. Good starting points are e.g. Harpers Ferry or the Thunder Mountain Substation TM-01.
Run on the road to the northeast. Look for a spot on the road where there are two large holes in quick succession and a yellow truck is left (this scene is also drawn on the treasure map). At the roadside right you will find the mound with the treasure.
The Mire Treasure Map 04
To find this treasure, you have to go to the bridge near Crevasse Dam. West of the bridge, down the riverbank, you will find the mound with the treasure.
The Mire Treasure Map 05
This treasure can be found west of the Thunder Mountain power plant. The approximate location is marked at the top of the map. Be prepared for some searching, because the mound is not really easy to spot because it adapts to the grassy environment.
