This is a non power armor build using heavy weapons. This allows very flexible use of Heavy weapons and STR perks for Weight reduction and Damage.

Not going to type much did an entire guide it errored when posting (i should have copied it but i was dumb).
TLDR; This build allows you to use rifles both automatics and non-autos very well, gets crit and agi for sneak and vats uses also. The Gunsmith in INT would be very optional (you want a 5/5 Gun smit for crafting that would be your 2nd group). This set up using two handed melee but you can easily switch to Unarmed, which Min/Maxed will more than likely be the strongest End game (or one handed, but don’t hope too much.)
Being a Strength (STR) build, it helps a bit with carrying (+70 carry wt with 15/15 STR). Not only this but if you don’t yet know Melee appears to be the highest damage and best pvp builds atm.
